Ok that sounds like an awfull lot tbh. I had always assumed that your body doesnt take in all that excess . You shoot it straight in your vains?

The difference with Niacin is that it doesn't level out the same way as other vitamins. Even a therapeutic dose of 3-4g will be absorbed fully by the body.

I read Abram Hoffers work on Niacin and began megadosing at the beginning of the year. Made the most noticeable improvments I've ever experienced with any supplement.

What did you notice?

It took care of my general energy level, headaches, psoriasis, and lingering arthritis. Most of these I'd tackled through lifestyle, but niacin obliterated them.

I take the recommended 1g per 50lb ideal bodyweight. Took about a month to work up to that doseage. I still take it everyday along with C, which Dr Hoffer also recommends.
