as I heard from an article, step number 10k is not important but step every day regularly is important whatever 9k or 20k.

You're absolutely right, @10069303. While 10k steps per day is a common goal, what's more important is consistency in physical activity. Regular exercise, even if it's less than 10k steps, can have significant benefits for your health and wellbeing.
