That cast iron is 70+ years old! It was a bit rusty when I got it from the antique shop, but I restored it. 🤓

How about the taste?
Delicious. Crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked in the center.
One box of Jiffy mix, two egg whites, one yolk, 1/3 cup milk, and a tablespoon or so of oil. The extra egg white keeps it together, the oil keeps it moist.
Gotta try that one! 😋
