What do you use turkey tail for?
I’ve only ever made tea out of them. It’s apparently good for you, but it tastes like a foot
Here's a batch of Turkey Tail tincture I made with whiskey, whole cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and star anise.
I let it brew for approximately 6 months before straining it. 
Awesome.
Be sure to process the turkey tail in a spice (coffee) grinder before soaking the shrooms with alcohol. I did dry mine first though, so keep that in mind.
It's a neat experience too, since the mushrooms shred into a cotton-like fluffy substance!
It's quite surprising -- you wouldn't expect it from such a rubbery, pliable material.
