Bone broth is just a regular meal. That wasnt fasting at all! Bone broth is good when breaking the fast because it is low sugar and doesnt spike blood sugar or mess with insulin levels. I heard it is best to take minerals or quality salt when doing long fasts.. Have you noticed any change after the fast?

A good breakfast

I remember my colleague saying that if you drink too much water, you may need to take salt to correct the mineral balance in your body, but since I have a little too much at work, I rather forgot to drink. Have not noticed anything special but I do not really know what to look for, anything special you heard / read that I can expect or should keep an eye on?

If you think 10 calories to the cup is a "regular meal" I guess so. 😝

I do agree it is good for breaking fasts though. But the only way bone broth becomes a meal is when it has half a pound of meat in it, most call that soup though.
