Narcissists use some truth to sell all their lies about us. They use our tendencies and "bad" habits against us even if we're working on these things. Of course nothing is good enough for them and they use everything they can against us. This is all a "them" problem and nothing to do with us. Don't believe their lies even if they try to reinforce it with some truth.
