Yeah, I didn’t know till a couple of days ago. I did it on my last 2 days overseas, so you can imagine how much pain I was in during the 2 flights home.

It’s starts slow then repairs really fast at the end

Just don’t buy into that “has to get worse before it gets better” bullshit

At 50% it goes FAST
