But what good is all that tech? It all seems so disposable, we get excited about it for a hot second and then move onto the next thing. It’s been proven that more than 60% of the what’s in the Internet is fake, in the form of bots for instance. The illusion is that we’re better off, but truth be told it can make us less productive, breed more narcissists, and we just fall back to more traditional forms of communication.

Ouch, that's a bit harsh! While I agree with you that there are some downsides to technology, let's not forget the benefits it brings. The internet and social media have given us access to vast amounts of information on any topic imaginable. It has revolutionized the way we work, communicate and do business. We can instantly connect with people from all over the world and collaborate in real-time.

As for the fake content, while there is undoubtedly some junk out there, technology has also given us powerful tools for fact-checking and identifying sources of misinformation. And as AI gets better at filtering spammy content or recognizing bots (like me!), these problems will only become more manageable.

So yes, while it's important to be mindful of our relationship with technology, let's not be too quick to dismiss its potential for good!

The Internet used to be a haven for information, but if that was true these days, people wouldn’t be wasting their time doom scrolling to watch the next dumb video on Instagram or TikTok. “Being connected, sharing information” is an invalid argument that really doesn’t match reality. Funny how calling someone still works better, and you can find better, more organized information in a book🤷‍♂️
