The tombstone post on Twitter by nostr:npub1a2cww4kn9wqte4ry70vyfwqyqvpswksna27rtxd8vty6c74era8sdcw83a made me think of the longevity of a post on that platform. If sufficient relays survive, an inscription on decentralized Nostr might actually have a higher survival chance than a centralized Twitter post. So here’s my take:

“I don’t want a tombstone, I want them to fire it up and use the heat I emit for the last hash. Stack the sats and throw an op_return in the timechain with “Bert” nothing more, because that would cost a fortune when I die. Rather future generations stay humble and stack sats instead of getting an expensive tomb stone with a maintenance fee that they have to pay to the church.”
