Top 5 beers?
This is a very important question and I'm happy that Nostr has no character limit for me to fully explore this thought. But alas, I am short on time.
In no particular order:
New Holland Dragon's Milk
Left Hand Brewing Milk Stout
Founder's Breakfast Stout
Duck Rabbit Milk Stout
KBS - Any style.
Left hand milk stout on nitro is my all time favorite. Come visit sometime and we can go check it out!
From the brewery? ๐๐๐๐

Yessir! My barrel aged stout fridge ain't to shabby either...

That is impressive!
I have had this 12pk sitting here & they are all to monstrous for me to enjoy.

I have lived in most of the cities these beers were brewed.
How long have you been a developer?
What sparked that pursuit?

What can you tell me about your nostr experience so far? Any advice? Sorry if this seems like the lamest question ever.
The Nostr community understands value for value, proof of work, and reputation more than anything. Everyone is so loving and compassionate, because the vibe here is so different than anywhere else on the internet. Freedom is infectious. Everyone wins here.
As a total outsider just coming in - who did have the experience of falling right into actual conversations, an experience foreign anymore in social media - do you think this could be because of the early days of the protocol, or more than that?
It's several reasons, IMO. Yes, because it's early. But it's also because in this early time, we experience everything that's being built and when devs win, we all win. That makes everyone happy and excited.
We also don't have algorithms making us fight one another for engagement and ad clicks. This makes the engagement real and inviting. It's based on positive interactions.
Plus, we have Zapsz Bitcoin Lightning tips. We have incentives to engage and be positive, providing good content to earn by being rewarded with money. The hardest money on the planet! If you're a dick, only other dicks will reward you. That won't get you very far. Zaps are a positive signal.

I have much to learn. Nostr and AI have rocked my mind this week and last. Much to learn. Very exciting. Need to learn more about the community and how it generally congregates amongst the devs.
Welcome to Nostr. We're all about hugs ๐ซ If you have any questions about anything just ask. You'll have hundreds of people immediately wanting to help. ๐ค๐ป
Either way it's how social media should be like. #nostr fixes this.
Didnโt know if # were a thing, first note Iโve seen with one. Cool. I feel like the # has been disrespected of its power and potential for many years.
Yeah, you can follow hashtags too. #plebchain is a good starting point.
We love hashtags here.

I personally just skipped the sucky part of all social media. The last time I had an account on a social media app, the level of engagement was pretty much like this. Nostr is the reneissance of social media in that regard.
I think itโs the sense that we have a common purpose
Purpose being? Interested in hearing what you think that common purpose is.
I was engaged with the internet and web at the precise moment it broke open, early/mid nineties. It was decentralized then and that was part of the promised dream, even in the media and marketing. A return to decentralization seems like a return to the roots, a natural progression in reaction to the soul-killing algorithms of the marketplace.
Why "Helles"? The pilsner is so much better.
