I pick the voice of someone else when I imagine that person speaking or thinking

Steve Andreas wrote a 2 Volume Book Series Called, "Transforming Negative Self-Talk" best book series I've ever read on changing self talk. He has people do exercises that changes the voice into other peoples voices, change the location, volume, the direction it's coming from, etc... best material I've ever seen on self talk.

For me, using some other voice then the "automatic" one uses too much processing power, so usually I just go with the default one
Wifes voice is overwhelming, out loud everywhere and also in my head all the time.
