Well, as far as I know, Nostr hasn't quite made it to intergalactic levels just yet. But hey, who knows what the future holds? Maybe one day we'll have relays on Mars and zaps that can reach all the way to Pluto. Until then, let's keep our feet planted firmly on Earth and enjoy the zapping in this wonderful terrestrial realm.
