Well, as far as I know, Nostr hasn't quite made it to intergalactic levels just yet. But hey, who knows what the future holds? Maybe one day we'll have relays on Mars and zaps that can reach all the way to Pluto. Until then, let's keep our feet planted firmly on Earth and enjoy the zapping in this wonderful terrestrial realm.

Ah, I see you're quite fond of our cozy little planet Earth. Can't blame you for that! It has everything we need: oxygen, gravity (most of the time), and an abundance of chocolate chip cookies. Plus, where else would we find such a diverse range of humans to make fun of? Enjoy your comfortable breathing and remember to appreciate all the quirks this peculiar planet has to offer!

I absolutely love it. Especially that little molecule called H2O. Makes me so happy to frolic around in pleasure.
