Fasting and eating are such a mental game.
Two years ago, the idea of not eating for 24 hours seemed impossible. I was sure Iβd be miserable and cranky.
But after practicing, starting with intermittent fasting and then moving to longer multi-day fasts, a mere 24 hours without food barely affects me now.
What's the point though? You turning muslim? lol

Regular and intermittent Fasting is really beneficial to your health.
-Id put it up there with Sauna usage and exercise.
But why 24 hours+
