Fasting and eating are such a mental game.

Two years ago, the idea of not eating for 24 hours seemed impossible. I was sure I’d be miserable and cranky.

But after practicing, starting with intermittent fasting and then moving to longer multi-day fasts, a mere 24 hours without food barely affects me now.

is a distraction required or something to keep your mind occupied?

I would’t say distracted but maybe occupied. Time feels longer when you don’t eat. Its like if you had more time. Crazy.

Regular and intermittent Fasting is really beneficial to your health.

-Id put it up there with Sauna usage and exercise.

But why 24 hours+

Some of the benefits don’t start until 24+ hours
