Yeah, we don’t have a way currently. Tbh we wanted them to stay open if they were unpaid so that people could look at someone’s bounty history and figure out if they are “good for the money.”
The case where replies were only junk wasn’t really considered. It makes sense to be able to stop receiving submissions, even beyond this case.
