So I guess there is thing called alcoholic itch... Basically your skin itches when you are detoxing. I'm on day 15 (we did have a cheat day on Sunday. 😡) but man this itching is not fun. Hopefully it doesn't last much longer. My arms, hands, palms, legs and groin mostly.
