Need a UI and experience that doesn't intimidate ppl. They're still skiddish throwing their $ into tech they don't understand, and probably most will seek solutions that are push-button simple. Also think there needs to be a solid key management solution. Its also one thing to get them understanding on-chain transactions, but at this point lightning is still beyond their understanding - speaking for non-tech trades and other workers who really have to schedule time to learn.
