Skin color based pride is barbaric and taints an otherwise beautiful human experience (when earned).

Collectivism is for losers
I'd call that tribalism, but very similar and just as destructive.
Tribalism is just one form of collectivism. The point is that if you need to look to the accomplishments of strangers to feel pride, then you must be a loser individually.
