You ARE a good person, you ARE enough and deserve to be loved and supported, everything you feel you should want but are too afraid of, you deserve ALL the good things.

Yea I had a bad experience where I got more triggered so I have been thinking about it but not ready to go for it yet.
It takes time to get to a place where you feel ready. Thatβs also part of the process π«
