When you get used to #AI predicting a lot of things for you (using cursor, for example), it adds a kind of overhead to everything else you do, where you have to sort of remember whether or not the AI is about to help you or not.

Like, when I'm writing an email in gmail, I have to remember that the AI is going to suggest a few words for me, but it's not going to suggest broader edits or help me with formatting, for example. It feels like new friction where there wasn't any before.
