I’ve been seeing a few tech blogs talk about this concept of using AI clones in meetings, and it just sounds like a horrible idea.

If your work culture has you so double-booked that you have to use an AI agent, your meetings are the problem.

Exactly! And more than half the time, the meetings were/are not necessary. We either got so used to it, or we're quietly using it to temporarily halt work and get a breather (and just chat during meetings -- in which case, the problem is the work, probably toxic).
