Nice!! I can't even imagine trying to get in to a routine after a move like that, I'm struggling without a move βΉοΈ. Kettlebells were a great investment.
I'm loving all your bridge pics!
I think what you're doing is admirable, and you got this ππͺI have been considering a kettlebell! This might be my sign to finally buy it. I was thinking 6kg which is ~13 lbs. If I were only gonna buy one for now, do you think that is versatile enough?
I love all the bridges so glad you do too!!
Thank you π« it's so nice to have people out there rooting for you. I'd say that's plenty for starting out, you can always do more reps with a lighter one vs injuring yourself with a heavy one. I'm what you might call...π€ sturdy π, so my halos and squats are done with a 20 lb even after not really doing much for a year or so. When I was in to it, I bumped it up to either 25 or 30, the 35 we have was too much.
π« definitely rooting for you
Okay, I am gonna order itπͺ
π sturdy will serve you well into old age
Hubs calls it brick shithouse, I say I'm a delicate flower π
I have a copy of From Russia with Tough Love by Pavel Tsatsouline, it has hella good workouts in it. But...it's become expensive recently, if you can find a copy that isn't outrageously priced, it really helped with the areas women like to work on.
