I’ve been 100% carnivore for over a month now, and tonight for the first time I made me some beef liver. It tasted AMAZING. I think I may have found a crucial piece to make this lifestyle work long term.

Personally, I did not do well with liver. Regular consumption of small amounts seems to correlate with slugishness & a lack of energy.

Just worth being aware of IMO. A few of the popular carnivore personalities who were pro-liver are also now very pro-carbs. The people I know who have been carnivore the longest do not eat organ meats.

I gave up on cooking it and swallow raw chunks whole

Occasionally I’ll take a vitamin C supplement.

Why taking it as a supplement?

Why not in another way?

Did it not taste like iron? Every time I tried liver I hated it for that reason
