I’ve been 100% carnivore for over a month now, and tonight for the first time I made me some beef liver. It tasted AMAZING. I think I may have found a crucial piece to make this lifestyle work long term.

Personally, I did not do well with liver. Regular consumption of small amounts seems to correlate with slugishness & a lack of energy.
How did you prepare it?
I gave up on cooking it and swallow raw chunks whole
Haven’t tried that, haha. I fried it in a pan.

Did it not taste like iron? Every time I tried liver I hated it for that reason
