I love hula hooping. 😁I can do it for hours and not have it fall off my hips. I’be won contests before when I was a child. 😂
Did you know hula hooping is actually one of the best forms of working out, as it doesn’t feel like a work out and it’s super fun! It’s also super beneficial for the digestive system. 📠
