Not sure tbh. It’s getting nasty out there but always seems to last longer than it should. Hardly anyone gives a fuck about lower class but watch out below if middle class loses its footing. If I were to guess it hinges on employment levels and/or whenever the treasury runs out of tricks to prop up real estate market. Post election game over it seems… no matter who’s in charge. The damage done is irreparable.
