I like to blend a full city Guatemala with a blonde roast Brazil and a little bit of full city+ Ethiopian Yirgacheffe.

What's your brewing ritual?

I must admit I’m not as sophisticated to roast beans myself. I usually buy the beans imported from Mexico, Honduras or Colombia. Grind the beans with my Chestnut C2 just before or the night prior.

I measure 17g on the scale on my AeroPress and add 30ml hot water for half a minute while I stir a bit. Then I add 170ml of water and wait for minute and a half before I press the coffee thru to my coffee cup.

No shame in that, people like you keep people like me in business 🫂

That's a lovely ritual. Aeropress is one of the most consistent brewing methods available.

I love Mexican coffees as a stand-alone. They're always very chocolatey, and gtinding the night before actually gives the grounds a chance to release gasses & makes for a smoother cup.

grinding* 🤬😂
