I remember back in 2015/2016 watching him talk bitcoin, me being impressed. Was it just greed why he did not put laser eyes on?
I think a lot of the early crypto figures suffer from greed and fiat gains. I don't think they have anyone telling them to stay humble and stake tokens.
I hate scammers as much as anyone else but these kinds of posts are antithetical to civilization. The assault is neither mentioned on the linked website nor is there any proof of it. Today people get destroyed by just mentioning such things.

We all know that Richard's true crime was scamming people with crypto tokens he claimed would make them rich. And historically many white collar criminals end up being punished not for their original crime, but for not paying taxes on the proceeds earned from their crime.
Ah, I missed that. Weird that they put worse crime at the bottom. Still the description doesn't inform a) that it certainly wasn't in defense b) how do they even know he really did that.
He should be prosecuted for scamming, not for tax evasion then.

While the victim was lying on their back on the floor, Schueler punched them 4 β 5 times in the face, nose, eyes and head area. Schueler caused the victim to suffer pain, broken facial skin, bleeding and swelling in the facial area. In addition, the victim's clothes were covered in blood.β
It would be very interesting to know the gender and race of the 16 year old... This could be anything from a failed attempt at rape to a failed attempt at robbery by a 16 year old thug.
I don't think race and gender is important. All combinations are possible. Surely it can be either defense or offense and we don't know.
If it's a black male, it raises a lot of questions that are not raised by it being a female.
Remember the charge may be a fake, tacked on charge, to try to reduce public sympathy.
Well, some scenarios are more probable but ultimately it doesn't matter. Due process should consider all possibilities. I support fair trial even for worst criminals.
