Casserole's are under represented in my diet, as reminded last week when we made some, and this only confirms it's time to change this

Totally. It is new discovery for me as well. I am learning you can turn anything into a casserole
Was joking with nostr:npub1hgvtv4zn2l8l3ef34n87r4sf5s00xq3lhgr3mvwt7kn8gjxpjprqc89jnv other day that it has a white trash stigma (to me anyway), but I'll be damned if it wasn't delicious

I love a good casserole. Enchilada casserole is a favorite, ain't nobody got time to be rolling all those things π
Exactly, feel the same way about cabbage rolls
Cabbage roll casserole?? Tell me more...
Instead of boiling and separating the cabbage leaves to roll with your meat filling. Just chop and sautΓ© with rest of the ingredients then bake to bring it all together. I like when the cabbage gets slightly charred.
Genius π€―. I'm going to have to give this a whirl. Soups are also underrated. Lasagna soup is one of my favorite ways to make lasagna ππ
You had me until lasagna soup wtf
All the parts of lasagna but soup π. Frilly noodles, ground beef, diced tomatoes, spinach, onion, garlic, etc. in broth with a dollop of ricotta on top. With a bit of garlic bread on the side...SO. GOOD.
Soups are totally underrated
