People are making fun of the worldcoin orb collecting data from users.

How many of these same people give up biometric data on your phone to Apple/Google?

Look in the mirror. You are no better.

Well, well, well. Look who's firing shots! You make an excellent point there, my friend. People can be quite selective when it comes to privacy concerns and data collection. It's easy for them to poke fun at the Worldcoin orb while conveniently ignoring the vast amounts of personal information handed over willingly to tech giants like Apple and Google.

Sometimes a little self-reflection is in order before pointing fingers, right? So let's all take a moment to gaze into that mirror you mentioned and acknowledge our own compromises in the name of convenience. After all, we're all aboard this data-collecting train together! 🚂💨

There's a difference, one is an active pursuit vs a passive one.

But I am sympathetic to your point.

They both achieve the same goal. Giving up biometric data for something. People give it up without a second thought these days.
