That is destined to fail. Make it easy, use Jerry Seinfeld’s don’t break the chain technique, just 15 minutes working out a day, and tick off the calendar. If you miss a day, the chain starts from the beginning. I started with 15 minutes yoga a day and kept my chain going for 2 years and, doing handstand push ups and muscle ups by the end. Community helps too, you can note it here, I had a fitness training app which showed a badge. Had the longest streak going and motivated a ton of people, some are still going… You can do the same for Python.

Just realized that I am basically doing the same now by closing my Apple move rings, but with a caloric minimum, very, very slowly upping my goal.
