Probably not but I’ve never used Linux lol

It would probably depend on the distro, but I wouldn't count on it. I'm sure there is a list somewhere online if linux distro that have implemented touchscreen.

My didn’t on hp 360

I have Linux Mint 21 cinnamon on my laptop and the touch screen works.

Works with Linux Mint on my wife's Microsoft Surface Go.

But the sleep function is kindof messed up.

I recommend keeping windows on it.

Barf. I can't believe I just said that.

Always test by booting from a USB stick before switching over. This is not something that can be perfectly predicted and there’s always some level of real world testing needing for your situation.

When you go for Linux please use timeshift.

just use windows. it just works. desktop linux not worth it

ubuntu touch - works

check the surface chip driver compatibility with flavor of linux u choose- that simple

Thanks! I'll look into it.

try dual boot so you've both Win & Lin. Also, do Ur research on whibk Lin spin up u plump for. good luck !

On some distros yes

Gnome desktop work great with touchscreen and pen, I use it on my laptop running debian.

You know, if you want to finger your touch screen, you could just say so. lol
