Did not fully resonate with me until 3 years later.

Today it makes fully sense.

Laziness, «smart shortcuts», holding back honest feedback, holding back harsh feedback and rough care, are only some of the bricks in the bridge to hell.🧱🌉⚡️

Becoming a leader myself, where most of my day was spent developing others and seeing the humanity in them fool them with halfass solutions that bitt them in the ass long term. This, over and over again.

I believe most people want to do good, that meaning, what they think is right. But, when shit hits the fan, and the day gets long, people start getting comfortable with, 80%, 70, 60, 30% solutions. But the devil is in the details💀
