It's a DOD award. Why would this money come from USAID? I assume their argument would be to prevent deception by foreign nations with covid misinformation based on the grant. What the nitty gritty of it actually was, I assume we'll never know.

You somehow sound apologetic. As though there “might” be some non nefarious reason for this.

I guess there are NPCs, Feds & ne’er do wells on nostr too.

Ad hominem. It's not a USAID grant and all I claimed was they had a path to plausible deniability
