It's a DOD award. Why would this money come from USAID? I assume their argument would be to prevent deception by foreign nations with covid misinformation based on the grant. What the nitty gritty of it actually was, I assume we'll never know.

Seems like a good deal at first glance. I guess the question is what is large? What was the resulting cost per decepted citizen and how does that compare to CCP’s metrics.
