That was done in December, I know there are many other implementations since then, I just haven't been keeping track.
I have a feeling DMs aren’t done yet, but this is definitely better than NIP-04.

I don't see your 10050 event anywhere. Are you not doing these DMs yourself?
I implemented 17 before the relay kind was added. Haven't had a chance to add the relay selections bit yet.
