Lol - we're mostly Bitcoiners & don't like wasting money.

I'm taking lionsmane mushroom extract & occasionally magnesium.

Do you notice any benefit from the lionsmane? I’ve tried lionsmane tincture in the past but I didn’t really feel like I was getting any benefit from it. I still eat lionsmane sometimes though.

Yeah - I've noticed nothing.

Really just experimenting with it.

Also take Zinc, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, and fish oil.

What if I switched from the "mighty 90" to a generic shilajit? The shilajit is purported to contain trace minerals humic and fulvic acid content... maybe because it's still fluid or hydrated? Humic shale is purported to be humic acid only... Mighty 90 adds the EFAs and other vita/mins in their start paks...
