I am also a late joiner but I try to keep some budget for zaps and I would be happy to spend sats in live economy. Real world one.
I guess those you are talking about also are borrowing Fiat against btc and so on but this is a niche yet.
We need to be able to get bread and milk with sats and that won’t happen by just hodling and telling people go buy sats.
Some cannot make the ends meet.
They might need some push.
Same here. I spend >5k sats in every #zapathon. But also in the real world, I buy hardware, VPN and other digital and physical goods (including food btw, Bitrefill) using my sats.
Those I was talking about don’t even buy sats anymore. They can literally swap/sell millions of sats everyday to cover all their needs until they retire. They are already driving the ecosystem. Later joiners can’t afford it, unfortunately.
