All around the world when visiting a city I always seek out the top rated croissant to see how it stacks up.

Today we have Agathé in Melbourne’s CBD. Presentation pretty good, mise en scéne very nice, but a little doughy, missing some flakiness and lacking a little je ne sais quoi. Overall: 7.1

I moved to NZ last year and so far haven’t made it over the explore Australia yet aside from one layover in Sydney. I’m looking forward to Melbourne at the top of my list.

You'll definitely need to check out Adelaide. Better weather here than Melbs. Also an expat and the ANZ region has been great to me. Good move 🤙
