I hate migraines so much.. going to be 40 in October and I've been dealing with these for around 35 years. I'm lucky to not he homeless but fuck this is frustrating being completely crippled every couple weeks. They used to be called suicide headaches for a reason 😭 f

A lot. Hydration and oxygen levels are important but it's also an inflammation issue like an allergy would affect someone. I wasn't breast fed and I was abused pretty bad so I imagine those are the starting line and along the way shit got shittier
