I really need to get my ass up and do that also.
How about private companies selling water? Any better?
I guess your statement was on drinkable tap water, right?

I was talking about tap water but bottled water’s its own topic.
The prob with private companies seeking water is you often don’t know where it comes from.
I’d stick to mineral waters where they tell you the source (then need to research that source).
The other thing is water in plastic is no bueno.
Get a glass bottle or two and store your filtered/remineralized water in that.
true. Will do that effort and installation.
What is the guidance on mineral levels, etc. What do I need to tell the man, who can do the installation 😁🙏🏽
I get filtered water from the tap and add powdered magnesium, potassium, and sodium to the water when I drink it.
Depending on your individual needs, you can add others powdered vitamins/minerals as well. It’s worth getting your levels checked to see what you need so you don’t overdo it and also looking into how certain supplements affect other things.
Ie: magnesium depletes calcium
and vice versa, zinc depletes copper and vice versa, etc.
When getting these minerals from foods, typically they’re balance but soil, food, and water are largely devoid of nutrients nowadays compared to 50+ years ago.
I actually just received an order of powdered magnesium and potassium to do that very thing. I’ve found it’s a must if doing intermittent fasting.
Been drinking tap water in Berlin for ages ( which is "ok" I guess, not lethal, haha) and finally got a Berkey filter ... now I can't understand how I did without 🤷♂️
