Whoa…is everything ok?

I’m a real account and totes not a troll. I’ve also met some really awesome #nostriches IRL and they’re some of the kindest most open minded people.

I hate that your experience has you so frustrated but real business IS getting done here regardless of troll presence. The value found here is priceless and you can definitely block people … you just can’t control or stop them from posting.

Not true. There is no blocking here. I can "mute" them and then next time I open Damus they are no longer "muted" anymore, and have added more BS to my posts.

I’ve muted popped back up when I started following hashtags.

I see that person all the time. They can be pretty cruel but I tend to ignore/scroll past. I’m so sorry they’re aggravating you. You deserve to enjoy this awesome space in peace.

It’s not. It’s a protocol that’s empowering free speech and promoting value for value.

The person trolling you obviously has a crush and just wants some of your attention. Maybe just ignore them?? And they’ll get bored talking to themselves🙃
