Very similar to how I’m thinking and feeling after one week without. I think getting back to that state is possible.
The headaches are real, and they subsided after the fourth day for me. I was mostly a once a day drinker, with the occasional espresso in the afternoon.
Since stopping I’ve noticed I’m less prone to dehydration, and feeling more clear headed.
Might try a cup tomorrow to experience feeling after this break, and make the final decision if it’s something to eliminate entirely.
