I love freedom more than hardware. Maybe that's why I can't understand it.
They screwed over Chinese protestors, they bowed to China by removing Nostr apps from their centralized store, all of their products are closed. They give the finger to Bitcoiners and freedom fighters almost every chance they get.
It's quite a puzzle for me. But yeah, enjoy that hardware I guess.

You have the choice between boycott Chinese laws and get banned (huge money loss) or they they bow and make money!
Have a look in the EU they also bowed and now we have USB-C iPhones and a side loading at least in the EU.

I love privacy technology but if we are honest most of it isn’t user friendly and this is a huge problem.
Personally I like thinks in my life that I take out of the box and they just work. I don’t buy me and Pixel Phone. Install GraphenOS and then search a new app of every use case.
Not to mention that many apps simply not work properly without Google services like banking apps and so on.
Oh and the biggest point for me is that there is no open source apple watch alternative and no good alternative for fitness+ or tv+ which use heavily.
Not to mention that I like the integration between my iPhone, iPad and MacBook.
So no, I will not stop using apple products just because some privacy focused bitcoiners don’t like apple.
