Governance is a phenomenon of hierarchy. It will always exist in humans. A state of governance will emerge naturally in any system.

Hierarchy and government aren't the same thing. Voluntary hierarchies are good and may be conducive to having order in a community. Belief in the necessity of government is feeding the parasitic class and keeping people at an infantile state of responsibility for themselves and their communities.

Government is not a necessity in the same way money is not a necessity. Governance is emergent. There can be good governance. Opt in governance, for instance.

The state always has a monopoly on violence and includes the government within itself along with the rest of the other institutions (justice, etc.). Hierarchy and government do not necessarily coercively impose laws

We agree that society does not require an entity with a monopoly on violence to function.

When I say state here, I mean government.
