We need WAY more processing capacity nation wide. Our beef ranch often has to send theirs to other states to process. Raised 20 miles from us but butchered 1000? away...

Ya they processing definitely needs to improve more small butcher shops with less regulation would be step forward, but the big packers have set up so much red tape it’s hard to do
