I've been in full carnivore and ketosis for 6 months during 2019, while I loved it, I had to stop it because I had trouble sleeping (always waking up at around 3/4 am full awake) even with the right amount of fats and electrolytes and I was startinh to have problem with my cycle.

Oh, I see that one is super often lately. How did you arrive at "the right amount of fats"?
I had it too. Then just before holiday I found that if I try to overeat it goes away. But I had to eat even when not hungry. I wasn't able to do it during holiday so I got messed up again but I'm aiming ti retry in upcoming days.
