3) lots of land to grow food
4) catch and eat wild pigs
5) beautiful winding roads for biking and jogging
6) strong sense of community
Yes, huge demographic collapse! That is what makes it such a great deal!!! Lots of land that's dirt cheap. My house cost 35K, ten year loan with 1.37% fixed interest rate.
