Unfortunately thereā€™s not enough of them.

No worries, over time theyā€™ll just fill that specialty with inexperienced midlevels who will just go ahead and start ordering ALL the bloodwork + pan CTs on all new patients and write ā€œevaluateā€ as the reason/indication for imaging.

What could possibly go wrong?

lol, thatā€™s exactly what motivated my post and the sad fact I was silently lamenting.

Maybe AI can let us get back to writing real medical notes. You can have the real view of the H&P and the bullshit billing view all facilitated by AI.
