That would be great to have "Nostr beginner bundle" or similar on Zapstore, but it should be installable from Play Store and AppStore. Afaik Zapstore is not on those, right?

That's great! And with your bundle solution - can we just share a link with newbies to the bundle and it will be super easy for them to install the bundle from scratch & without having zapstore installed first?
Or is it going to be more steps? (The more steps, the more annoying and less valuable the solution)
There are several moving parts to achieve that sort of user experience. All of them are open issues on Github already.
Without Zapstore installed first it gets tricky but I'll do my best
